Welcome to Southern Storm Boys Volleyball Club, a USAV Junior National volleyball club registered in the Southern Region (SRVA). Southern Storm was founded in 1998 and continues to be the best outlet for boys interested in playing volleyball in the Atlanta/Metro area. Each year Southern Storm has grown, expanding the opportunities for boys interested in learning the sport of volleyball. We are the only boys volleyball club in the Region offering practice times year around, giving boys the choice to play volleyball all year long or enjoy other sports without losing the opportunity to play volleyball.
Southern Storm 18’s won the 2011 Southern Region championship with a 2-0 win over Impact out of Nashville. Southern Storm has participated in the SRVA championship title game every year and has competed in the USA Volleyball Boys’ Junior National Championships every year since 2000. This also marks the first year that Southern Storm has qualified for Open in both the 18’s and the 15’s divisions.
Southern Storm is a club open to all boys wanting to play volleyball, recreationally or competitively. Our club has members as young as 9 years old up to seniors in high school. Our trained and experienced coaching staff works with all skill levels, from beginners through advanced players. The club encourages boys interested in learning the sport of volleyball to come to one of our practices and see what you think.
